Children get highly excited on this day and they start the plannings of celebrations, before the actual day of fun. Rosca, which is a sweet, is distributed among the friends and relatives. Music, parties, fireworks and lots more fun can be seen on this festival.

Los Dias de los Muertos

This festival occurs on the 1st and 2nd of November. On this day, people remember their ancestors and pray for them. People gather on Cemeteries of their loving beings can decorate them with flowers.

Dia de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe

Another festival that is celebrated in all the parts of Mexico by the people of all religions with great spirit. On this day, people make their way to Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe. The festival day is enjoyed with beautiful clothes, delicious food and lots more interesting things. The spirit in the people of Mexico about this festival is too high that some of them even walk on their knees for their way to Basilica.

Cinco de Mayo

It’s celebrated to remember the victory of Mexican army over the French army in the battle of Puebla (1862). This occurs on 5th of May. Music, fun, food etc. can be seen all over in the Mexico, on this day.

Guelaguetza Festival

This festival is mostly famous among the farmers as they pray to com goddess for the growth of their harvest. But not only farmers, all people of Mexico celebrate it with great fun and excitement. It’s celebrated in the middle of July.

Semana Santa

The holidays to enjoy this festival, starts from the Palm Sunday and go up to the Easter Sunday. Many people also love to go to vacations on this day. This one is considered as most important holiday session in the Mexico, after the Christmas one.


It’s celebrated for 5 days continuously. People love to fall in music, parties and tasty food treats with the families; on this vacant days. The fireworks and great hustle and bustle adds more in the fun. All these activities create environment of fun and excitement.  The boots keep open at many places and offer you cold drinks, coffee, tea and all other food stuff at your table. The loud music further enhance your fun.
